I thought of it as the booty bay fishing contest (first one to turn it in wins?), and why not wait until 3:59AM to hand in the quest? So I did, and as soon as the dailies reset, I handed in the quest to receive the bag of fishing treasure.
The quest was, and I had the felbood in my bag when i logged back onto server at 3:50am (server time) Not intentionally, but I was caught up with someone else and didn't have chance to hand it in. I had the previous day's fishing quest completed and was ready to be handed in.
